I have Canon MP270 printer/scanner at home, used to work well with my DELL laptop. But now I have got Macbook Osx 10.11 version, I followed the instruction to install the printer, luckily it is working.
However, when I follow the instruction and try to install scanner driver for macbook, it shows installed sucessfully. but when I open the icon, the solution menu is blank, nothing inside. I tried to install many times and restart my Macbook, still the same.
Can you please help me?
