I have installed a driver from the Canon Website. I have installed and uninstalled printer, computer whatever. I have defraged and reinstalled. I get the same message. Today I purchased another Canon MG6600 and have the same problem. So I know that it isn't my computer or the printer because I have added a laptop printer wireless hookup and I get the same message on the new installed. I have a Neatgear Router which is next to both the computer and printer. I purchased the Canon MG7100 1 1/2 years ago and have been using it daily no problem. Now...I am perplexed ...I have tried everything and get the same message....Help!
