Power light comes on or off when press the button but the Display appears "dead" i.e. nothing displayed. The Printer also shows as Offline when try to print from laptop
I have tried to Reset, unsuccessfully...
However, when pressing the Power and Stop buttons it simply seems to toggle between the Power On button (light comes on) and the Stop button generating the Yellow LED
Help please !
