Canon MG5751 alignment help

Hi, for some time my printer is printing badly, I tried to do head cleaning, automatic and manual alignment, change cartridges, nothing.
If you look at the image you can see that when he writes he has this misaligned text effect, I don't know what to do anymore, can you help me?

I tried to clean following the guide:
Cleaning the encoder (timing) strip

But the problem remains I can't understand.
Can you help me wrong something?

Thanks, I didn't understand as the product is always Canon and always a printer. I am Italian and I cannot find support this makes me very demoralized
