So I have the incorrect print head error and I've tried everything I can find on the internet.
Things I've tried...
Turning off and on again
removing plug from outlet, waiting, replugging in
doing a hard reset holding the button combinations
removing ink catridges
removing print head
cleaning print head with 70% alcohol
reseating print head
removing print head, cleaning again, reseating
holding print head securely against the connections in the back while I lock it back into place
Nothing works, still get the same message, please help!
