Usually, when printing something out on my Canon MG5220 printer, the front door lowers automatically for the printed copies to exit the printer. When finished, the directions say to gently lift the door closed. Tonight when I closed the door, it would not stay closed (upright), but instead slowly lowers again. There's no actual latch, and I checked to be certain no other pages were in line waiting to print. How can I fix this so it will stay closed? Thanks!
