Canon MG2120

Hi I am able to print out word documents from the canon MG 2120 however cant print out anything from yahoo email, charter email etc. There doesnt even show print preview. When it did print from the emails it was very tiny you could barely read and the only part showed was the left side showing to, from subject but very tiny probably 5 pt. It just all of a sudden started today. any help deeply appreciated
