Hello we have an ImageRunner c5180 at the office that has been having issues with scanning. We typically use the "Send" function to scan and send documents to our computers but as of late, it hasn't been functioning properly. I was wondering if upgrading to windows 10 has made it so that the computers are unable to communicate with the printer, which is rather old. If you have any suggestions on how to make the scanner function work, please let me know!

Canon does not provide direct support for imageRUNNER series products, but your dealer will be able to help you! If you don't have a dealer, please call us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) and we will be happy to provide you with the names of dealers who are in your area!
