Error message (-21345) each time I try to scan. Am using Mac desktop. Catalina 10.15.4
Can anyone suggest how I remedy this please?

Hi ANJB,
I can attempt to assist you, but the PIXMA G4511 is not sold in the United States, so these instructions may be inaccurate.
Please try this:
1. Please press the wrench and screwdriver button on the printer
2. Press the right arrow until you see Device settings and press OK
3. Press the right arrow until you see LAN settings and press OK
4. Press the right arrow until you see Common settings and press OK
5. Press the right arrow until you see TCP/IP settings and press OK
6. Press the right arrow until you see IPv6 and press OK
7. Press OK at the message "LAN communication may be disabled"
8. Press OK on Enable/disable IPv6
9. Press the right arrow to select Inactive and press OK
Once set, please turn your computer and your printer off. Turn your computer and printer back on and attempt to scan.
If the issue persists, it is recommended that you contact Canon in the region in which you reside for further assistance.
