I have a Canon 6320 Pixma printer. It worked fine on Friday, now it's saying it needs paper; there is paper in the tray. I've cleaned both the upper and lower rollers, and it will feed the paper through via the cleaning process, but when I print, I get the "load paper" error. It's quite frustrating. Any ideas how to fix this?

Hi booher3709,
To try and resolve the issue, you will want to ensure that the paper type and size selected in the printer driver and application that you are printing from match the paper size that is loaded in the printer. If you still experience difficulty, please call or email us at one of the methods on the Contact Us page for further assistance.
