Cannot print using USB cable

jodyel

I just bought a brand new Canon Pixma TS6320 and am not able to print using a USB cable on my MAC OS X computer. Have already done the set up, etc.

My Mac cannot find the printer drivers and when I look on the Canon site it says there are no drivers for my Mac OS which is High Sierra 10.3.16.

What do I do now? Will this printer not work with my computer?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Jody

Thank you Rick!

I did that more than a few times and for some reason it would never work.

So I ended up uninstalling everything and practically dismantling the entire printer and started again.

Lo and behold, this time it worked so I am now happily printing. And this is a second Pixma after I swore I'd never own another. Seems like a fantastic printing machine is just not made these days. 🙂

Have a great Christmas and a better New Year!

Jody

Greetings Jody,

The printers specs say MAC OS is supported 10.11.6 > 10.14.x. There is no support after OS Mojave.

Visit this page and select your OS, then click the software tab:

Support | TS Series - Inkjet | PIXMA TS6320 | Canon USA

There is a Full software Package for MAC.
