Cannon mg 5420 printer 1312 error code

I have a cannon mg5420 printer giving me a 1312 error code. I am certain all paper has been removed but still getting error code. Help.

Hi pharmBob,

You are correct, the 1312 error is a paper jam error. Remove the jammed paper, reload paper properly in the machine, then press the OK button on the machine.
