I have a couple of printers, with a small problem.
When turned on, the initial positioning of the cartridges are someowhat offcenter, as opposed to their natural position, to the far right.
I have tried resetting the printer, as well as using the resetter software, but keep coming up with 006 and 009 error messages.
The computer recognizes the device but the device is unresponsive. Has anyone else ran into this problem? I'm curious as I've been doing quite a bit of searching via the internet and youtube but no real solution.
