My Cannon Printer quit printing green color. I have tried everything to my disposal and nothing has worked.

I am using Windows 7/64 bit operating system. My printer is connected by USB cable. I do not receive any error reports. The printer has been working fine until about 6 months ago. It does not print the yellow color. The only thing I have done which might have caused the problem is using refill ink I have bought at K-Mart and Staples. I have not let the ink cartridges run dry.

Please try running through 2-3 print head cleanings through the printer driver.
