Can't scan using TR8520 and Canon IJ Scan utility

Pring and scan have bneen working.  Now, when I try to scan, the printer reacts and appears to scan but then cannot communite with the PC over the lan.  Printer and PC are connected to the LAN.

When you attmept to scan using the IJ Scan Utility, what error appears?  What is the error code that appears at the bottom?
