Can't print on a MG3100 from an iMac. Same for wired (USB) and wifi connections. I try and print a document and the printer dialogue box states printer is not connected. The ink levels are shown though and the printer appears connected when setting wifi settings. If I delete the print job the dialogue box says the printer is ready. The dalogue box shows a picture of the printer with some symbols but have no idea what the symbols mean and can't find them in the manual. The symbols are clearly indicating there is an error of some sort but can't find what they mean. Symols are either a red hexagon with an exclamation mark or an amber circle with a white lightening strike across it. The printer does print off other, non-Apple devices. Used to be able to print from the iMac but no longer possible.
