Can't print from rear tray TS6420

I can't print from the rear tray on the TS6420. The tray is selected, paper is loaded, but the print still comes from the cassette.

I'm printing to fabric ironed to freezer paper, and glued to plain paper for stability.

I have done this before with this printer.

What is the problem now?

Does the same issue happen if you use plain paper from the rear feed as well? Please be advised as well that while it has printed in the past, the type of paper you are using is not supported with this model printer. Please click HERE for a list of supported paper types.
