I have a new TR8620 and I installed the Canon print app on my iPhone 13. I can easily print documents from the iPhone, but if I try to print a photo, I get a message "Failed to communicate with the printer." The printer connection is fine, the devices are on the same network, access has been granted to local network, etc. It works fine for printing a document, but fails to print photos.
