Like the title says. Pulled it out of the box, set up and did a text print. It printed the first page fine, then the second page got pulled in and stopped. Not crumpled or jammed, just pulled halfway through. Regardless of what I print, even if it's one page, it prints the first page fine and then immediately pulls in a second on its own, stops it halfway through, and throws a jam error. Effectively meaning I can only print one page items and ONLY if I have a single sheet of paper in the tray at a time.
I tried setting the printer and my print command to A4, I tried setting both to letter, nothing changes. I'm using regular office printer paper.
Please help I'm pulling my hair out.

Where did you print the test page? What program in other words? From Windows devices and printers? Does it pull the second page in while the first is printing or completely by itself?

I printed the test page from the desktop app as the last step of the "setup" process, and it jammed. And then I cleared it out, cleared the print queue, and tried printing something else(a one page job) independently. It printed the image fine, then pulled in the second page and jammed.

It seems to pull in the random second page right after it it finishes whatever the first page is. I can't print multi page jobs

Right click control panel click open, then right click devices and printers click open, then left click your printer icon, then left click printer properties, double left click print test page. This will send two one page commands very quickly to the printer they should print one page right behind the other, if they do it is not a mechanical problem, it is most likely a driver issue, which can be remedied if that is the case.

Just did all this, ran into the same problem 😕 printed page one, but the second page immediately jammed.

It appears to be a paper roller problem, or possibly a guide issue.
Incorrect Paper Loading: Ensure the paper is loaded correctly in the tray. The guides should align with the paper size.
Paper Quality: Use recommended paper types. Mixing different weights or using damaged paper can lead to jams.
Foreign Objects: Check for any foreign matter or torn pieces of paper inside the printer. This is the basic troubleshooting suggestions, being that the printer is new, is a return possible?
Turn Off the Printer: Always power down and unplug the printer before attempting to clear jams.
Remove Jammed Paper: Open the printer and gently pull out any jammed paper. Be careful to avoid tearing it.
Check Feed Rollers: Inspect the paper feed rollers for dust or damage. Clean them with a lint-free cloth.
Fan the Paper: Before loading, fan the stack of paper to separate the sheets and ensure they are even.
Recheck Paper Guides: Make sure the paper guides are snug against the paper without being too tight.

At this point I think a return is the only option, since I have tried everything else and as a new printer I can't imagine the rollers are worn out. I really appreciate your assistance though.
I'm running a roller cleaning cycle just to try one last thing then boxing this thing up. Thanks again 👍

Your might try going back to the control panel, devices and printers, your printer, and choose printing preferences. Choose the maintenance tab and then custom settings button. There you will find an option for prevent paper double-feed. Check that. I don't know if it will help but can't hurt to try.
