Please can someone help me.
I own the Canon MG3600 printer, and this morning some paper became jammed, I removed the paper, but the warning light remained, so I stuck my pen in the area (silly I know) in a bid to feel for a missing piece of paper, as the area was too tiny for my hand or fingers. I accidentally moved a cog inside and it came out with my pen!
I can’t find where it came from. Can someone help me tell me where it needs to go and how do I get into the paper area to fix it/put it back?
The printer won’t work without it, the warning light remains.
thank you, Laura
