Irun Windows 11 Pro on a Dell Inspiron laptop. I had to totally reset my system. When I tried to reinstall my printer (which had been working before the reset), the installation failed. I've tried several times both independently (searching online for the setup) and using the "Canon Print" app from the Microsoft Store; all attempts have failed. There is no message on the printer screen, and only a "not installed" message on the computer. What could be wrong, and how can I fix it? (I hope the solution doesn't involve another system reset.)

Do you have a printer cable? It is easier to fix an issue like this using one than trying a wifi connection. Go here, confirm the site detects Windows 11, choose software and drivers, then download the Master Setup File, and run it, do not connect the printer until prompted to do so.
