I want to edit some photos and dont have anyclue what program to use or even where to start need help!

Adobe lightroom (you can get a 7 day free trail it's the go to for most pro's)
Adobe Photoshop
if you have a mac use the edditing software it came with(it's how i started)

cant find it only thing i see is the edit in the photos.

If you have a new Mac, you have Photos, not iPhoto.
Photos is good for organizing and basic editing. You still might need something more for more advanced stuff like compositing. I use Adobe Photoshop Elements. There is a plug-in for Photos that will let you use an external editor. There are also plug-ins that will let you do more advanced editing.

Does "Photos" allow you to process RAW files into JPGs?

Yes, if the camera is supported. The 5D4 is not yet supported. The adjustments are limited, but all the major ones are there.
