I have a Canon EOS Rebel T3i. We recently upgraded from Windows 10 to 11 on our computer and my EOS utility seems to have disappeared. I looked online and downloaded EOS 3.20 from the Canon website, but it's still not working with my camera. A message pops up that says to load Utility 2, but I'm not able to locate that on the Canon website. Any suggestions? I'm not able to download my photos in the meantime. Thanks!

Greetings,
You do not need the EOS Utility to download images from your camera. You can connect the camera to your computer and open the camera's storage in Windows explorer. Images can be selected and copied from the storage media to your computer. The same as copying files from a mass storage device.
Another option. By a card reader. You can use a card reader to download images from your camera's media card. This might be the best method given the age of your camera and your newer operating system.
A third option. On your C: drive navigate to Program Files > EOS Utility and look for a folder called EU2. Look inside this folder. If present, This will open v2 of the EOS utility on your computer.
Right off hand. I don't remember which version of the EOS Utility Canon stopped, including EU2, but there's a good chance version 3.20 still has it. You can launch it from the EU2 folder.

Thank you, Rick.
I appreciate your replying & also giving me several options. I have the original disc that came with my camera, but my newer computer no longer has a disc drive. I was trying to figure out how to do this without buying another separate disc drive that I don't really need.
I'll try 1 or more of your suggestions & hope that I can do it. I'm only moderately tech savy, but will give it a go.
Thanks again & Happy New Year.

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind. I tried option 3, but it didn't work. Will try 1st option tomorrow.
