Using two screens with DPP4

Hello

I am trying to either

1. Make the second screen (from right-clicking a photo) full screen on a second monitor

2. make the preview window (from double-clicking a photo) show the currently selected or "Focused" image

So that i have a fullscreen image of the currently selected photo on my second monitor and as i go through the photos with my keyboard it changes as well.

i have tried using shift window and borderless full screen but this does not change the size of the second window and i can't for the life of me find a setting to allow the preview window to show the currently selected image.

any suggestions would be much appreciated, Windows 10 DPP 4.9.2

The manual for DPP 4.9.20 discusses using a second monitor for HDR PQ images, but it seems very specialized.
