Using multiple cameras with ImageBrowser EX

I just downloaded and installed ImageBrowser EX on a new MacBook Pro and it connects to my T3i just fine.  However, I am unable to connect to my PowerShot 500 IS and keep getting a message that there is no camera connected to the computer.  Using the PowerShot on an older MacBook is no problem.

How can I set up ImageBrowser to work with both of these cameras?

The program that is used to connect to the EOS Rebel T3i is different from the one that is used to connect to the PowerShot SX500 IS.  What version of the Mac OS are you running?
