Unable to Connect EOS R100 to Canon Camera Connect via WiFi

Suddenly I am unable to connect my EOS R100 to the Canon Camera Connect app. I have tried multiple times to delete and redownload the app and I have erased the phone from the camera to try and give it a fresh start.  I am able to connect the Bluetooth no problem but whenever I try to connect the WiFi it prompts me with an “unable to join network”. It’s so strange because last week I had zero issues connecting my phone but now I do. Any insight as to how I can troubleshoot this issue. Thanks!

Of course, sorry about that. I am using an iPhone with the most recent update, iOS 18.2.  I thought maybe it was my phone at first so I tried my husbands and his phone had the same issue. Thanks!

Thank you for the additional information on which type of phone you are using. Aside from clearing out the settings on the phone along with uninstalling and reinstalling the app on the phone, let's go ahead and reset the wireless settings on the camera as well. Afterwards, we can go ahead and set up a new connection between the camera and the iPhone.

We can also check to see if there may have been any changes to iOS, like an update. For example, I would suggest on turning off the VPN function on the iPhone before connecting the iPhone to the camera's wireless access point. Please check to see if there may be any other setting or any security app that may be preventing the iPhone for connecting to the camera.
