SX50 HS and Camera Window

I have a SX50 HS and have installed the latest version of Camera window.  I am using Windows 10.  The camera window sees the camera and can even view the photos but when I try to import the photos I get a error meassage (Import Failed).

Anyone have a fix for this problem, I would appreciate any assistance.

Sounds like a possible permission problem on the destination computer. You might try running Camera Window as Administrator.

Right.  Sometimes, where you try to save the files can get you gonged, too; i.e.; like the root directory.

Ran as Admin and worked so yes a permission problem. Thanks very mcuh
