My Image garden aspect ratio

How can I maintain the aspect ratio of pictures and/or fill frame when I import into "New Photo Layout/add layout frame" in My Image Garden?

Hello dongilkes, 

The aspect ratio should remain when you import images.  Are you finding this not the case when viewing full size?  So the community can better understand the issue what is the source of the images?

everything was fine but suddenly i face this problem.
