Moving photos from Organizer in PSE 2021

Looked at PSE 2021 For Dummies, looked at the Organizer and hit a brick wall in both places. I'm looking, for the future, to edit and save photos to submit for magazine articles. Bypass the Organizer and move them directly to the appropriate file? Thanks.

What's the issue here?

Do you want to keep imports from going straight to the organizer? Do you want to get files out of the organizer?
