Hello...
I have a question and a curiosity...
How many NITS has the Monitor´s Canon 5D Mark IV ?
I want to buy other monitor "on board" with same brightness...
Thanks so much.

What are "NITS"? Most people connect an HDMI monitor to the HDMI output. Will that do what you need?

Nits, is the measure to know the brightness of a monitor
1000 nits is too bright
200 is too low
Thanks

I assume you are referring to the back panel LCD of the Mark IV. I have never seen a NITS rating for these cameras and the brightness is adjustable just as it is with any add on monitor . If you are planning on outside use, 1000 NITS is NOT too bright and actually isn't sufficient for bright sun. I suggest you buy the brightest monitor that has the features (size, resolution, power support, etc.) that meet your needs.
You can always turn brightness down if it is too bright and you cannot rely upon the overall image brightness to determine whether your exposure is correct so I wouldn't worry about calibrating the monitor brightness to that of the in camera LCD.
