I'm trying to use the live view function on my 50D which works fine on battery power. However when i use my AC Adaptor, the camera connects for 1-2 seconds before the connection is lost with my PC and EOS Utility crashes. Any ideas on solution?
I think i've found a fix by plugging the usb directly into the motherboard rather than into the front of the computer. Live view seems to function fine for the past 10 minutes on the AC power. Thanks for all the responses above to help me solve this
