Been browsing through the Internet and found the learning section for Canon. Interesting and will look through several sections dealig with wildlife, landacape, portraits, etc. Have learned a lot. Been looking at some on Youtube which are good. Lots to learn.

Why use Canon's Digital Photo Professional software? (eos-magazine.com)

Thanks for the link. Getting late but will look tomorrow. Been experimenting with DPP and getting an idea of what is involved. Will probably be back on the forum for help.

Considering the subscription to eos-magazine dot com and also get email tips/technology/offers from Canon. Considering the ebook on DPP4. Is it worth it? Better than Youtube or Canon tutorials? Or use all available resources? I figure the ebook costs about 30 bucks USD plus any shipping.
I feel one can't have too many resources.

I don't have the EOS Magazine book on DPP, but I do have a number of books by Nina Bailey.
She is an excellent presenter/writer.
An advantage of a written book is that you can have it with you.

Again, thanks for your advice. I'm of the old school as I find it easier to carry a book than my laptop. Plus a book doesn't need batteries. I'll research her name to see what else she publishes.
Edit- Checked and Amazon has her book as Kindle. Not a fan of Kindle. Drew a blank on other book stores. Will keep trying.
