Guys,
Is it that Canon is being too slow or is it that complicated to make a version compatible with macOS Sierra v10.12?
My mac is not reading my camera and this is affecting my work negatively big time.
is there any help or advice?!

Yes, i should. Except, it is not Canon's fault. Like I said, Apple released an OS update that broke the existing code base.

I am having the same problem and am trying to wait for Canon to update their software. I contacted Canon support and they said they are working on updates for EOS Utility but said possibly not all cameras will be involved. I am considering doing a restore back one OS since I did a backup prior to updating to Sierra.
