Guys,
Is it that Canon is being too slow or is it that complicated to make a version compatible with macOS Sierra v10.12?
My mac is not reading my camera and this is affecting my work negatively big time.
is there any help or advice?!

It does matter. By that same logic, shouldn't you suggest he switch from Canon to Nikon if it is Canon's fault?
Yes, i should. Except, it is not Canon's fault. Like I said, Apple released an OS update that broke the existing code base.

I am having the same problem and am trying to wait for Canon to update their software. I contacted Canon support and they said they are working on updates for EOS Utility but said possibly not all cameras will be involved. I am considering doing a restore back one OS since I did a backup prior to updating to Sierra.
