After downloading and installing EOS Utility: EU3.15.0 and running the installer eum3.15.0-installer.app, I don't see any installed application or indication of what to do next. Anyone able to advise what to do next?

Solution: Created a new administrator admin account and installed the EOS Utility there. The installation ran and installed properly. I then checked my regular account which it installed and was located in the Applications folder. It ran properly. So it was an issue specific to my main admin account.

Thanks to everyone for offering assistance along the way.

What Mac OS are you running?  Which cpu is in the Mac?

Did you verify that you downloaded and installed the correct version of the Canon apps?

There is a little more to it than downloading “the Mac version”.  There are different versions for each version of the OS.  Your OS may not be supported for your camera.  For example, the 90D does not support 12.3.1.

Which camera are you using?

Hi Waddizzle.  Not sure what you are saying. All the pertinent software for the 90D is available for macOS Monterey.

Hi dougstroud. Go into your Applications folder, find Canon Utilities. Open it and find EOS Utility. Double click EOSU3.

You don't need any extra software to download pictures. Just use image capture. Make sure Wi-fi is turned off to use the cable.

The app did not install for some reason.  Canon support seems to be include 12.0 but not 12.3.1, yet

It might be your computer? It’s working fine for me and I have 12.4.

It might be the OP’s computer.  I use Windows for photo processing.

Which OS were you running when you installed it?

I ran a test by deleting the installation and redownloading/installing.
