I purchased a new windows 8.1 computer. My Canon digital software doesn't work.

I just purchased a new windows 8.1 computer. Tried to download my digital camera solution disk and it refuses to accept. Says it doesn't support my system. Help..

Almost nothing works with Win 8.1. 

You need to update the software.  Canon website probably has it.  What software are you tryign to load?

Actually what specific software is it?

Also what camera do you have?

Camera is a Canon PowerShot SX150IS. The disk reads, Windows 7/Vista/XP, also Zoom Browser EX 6.8 for Windows.
