How Do you delete and reinstall the Canon iMage uploader on a Macbook 10.9

I am register, have all the software on my computer, have an authenticated account with Canon iMage Gateway and can NOT upload pictures even when I am hard wired from my camera to my computer. I want to be able to upload my pictures....the message I get is below. It tells me to uninstall and reinstall....how?
