Failed to save images via Eos Remote to Iphone X

Hi,

I have a Canon 70D and saving images using EOS Remote App on my Iphone X. I've not had any problems saving images using this app up until yesterday. It now says "Failed to save images" but it will allow me to delete images on the app itself as well as email the same images.

I've deleted the App from my phone, re-downloaded it. Also deleted the wifi settings on my Canon and reinstalled both app and re-set up the wifi connection. SAME THING HAPPENS with "failed to save images."

It cannot be the memory card bc I have 45GB left of memory on a 64GB card so that can't be it. PLEASE HELP! Thank you!

What changed?  Did your phone update itself?  Are you shooting as JPG or RAW?

Nothing changed. Using iOS 12.3.1 and EOS Remote version 1.3.1.0.

I've been shotting in RAW as well.

What do you think this could be?

I suggest that you contact Canon Support by phone.
