I bought a camera Eos Rebel T100 a few months ago and It was working great. I took some pictures today with the remote live view shooting function in the canon app and it was working perfectly fine but it suddenly disconnected. I tried to connect it again but It didn’t work. It said unable to join network on my iphone. I tried resetting the wifi on both devices, I restarted my iphone and deleted the app but it didn’t fix the problem. My camera sometimes also turns off randomly. Can someone please help me fix this problem? I’m not a camera expert😅

Hello jmarie14,
I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues getting your camera connected back with your smartphone. I noticed that you said that you cleared all of the settings on the camera and smartphone. Can you clarify at what point you are currently in the setup process? In the meantime, I have included a link HERE to the user's guide on setting up the wireless features of the camera for reference. I hope this is helpful.
