EOS Utility won't connect to EOS Rebel SL3

Problem with Cannon SL3 and EOS Utility Windows 10

My EOS Utility program stopped working. It used to work correctly and stopped working. Cannot conect the camera to the PC. I dowloaded again the program and nothing!

When I have a program that suddenly starts acting incorrectly, I uninstall the program and run a registry check using the free CCleaner app.
