EOS Utility download at?

I have a new computer which does not have a CD drive. Where can I download the EOS Utility software for my T3i. I can only find a downlad for a update

If you downloaded the disk image it should have installed EOS Utility. Look for a folder called Canon Utilities. Open it and in it should be a folder called EOS Utility. In that folder will be E0S Utility 2.

If you don't get shortcuts on the desktop go to the folders I said.

This is exactly what I need to download. Can't figure out where to find it to download

Go to the link I gave you, choose Windows 8.1 from th drop down for operating system, select the file I highlighted in yellow, download and install.
