EOS Utility 3 options greyed out

Hi all,

As with the post below, the Camera Settings options are greyed out for me in EOS Utility 3 (although I have a Canon 90D connected to a PC through WiFi).

The problem doesn't seem to be with the WiFi or Picture/Video settings as far as I can tell.

Any other suggestions?

Try turning off the wifi and connecting the camera to the PC with a USB cable, if this works then you probably have a problem with the wifi connection.
