Hi all. Just got my new R5 and need to download the latest firmware. But the DMG won't open on my MacBookAir. I double click it and it pops for a second then nothing. Deleted it, downloaded again and nothing. I saw on another thread this has happened to other folks and one fix was to download the zip file. Does anyone know how to access a zip file of the firmware update? Or another solution? Thanks!

Greetings,
Start here. Open Finder Preferences. Ensure the Hard Disks Check box is selected. This will allow the extracted folder to unpack and mount to your desktop.
If this doesn't help, let us know what version of Mac OS you are running. 😀
