I want to download pictures from my canon EOS 5D Mark IV camera to my PC laptop and sort it. What is the best software to use? Is there any canon recommended software? Can I download from Canon website. Please share your experience

I would recommend removing the memory card and using a card reader plugged into your computer to transfer photos. If you don't want to do it this way (which is the best way), you can use the USB cable that comes with the camera and plug into the USB port on your computer. You can then use File Explorer to download the files. There is also a EOS Utility program Canon offers that can communicate with the camera via USB or Wi-Fi. See link below (assuming Windows):

Thank you Bob. I am using CompactFlash Card from SanDisk. Is there any card reader you might recommend.?

I use a Lexar USB 3.0 Compact Flash and SD card reader.
