I have a Canon EOS 20D and have been struggling to find out why it will not work with Windows 10 Pro 64 bit. I have tried searching online for drivers, because I had the error that the driver is unavailable:
The drivers for this device are not installed (Code 28)
There are no compatible drivers for this device.
I want to share the fix that I was not able to find anywhere online! The solution was to change the "Communication" mode in the camera menu settings from “Normal” to “PTP”
