EOS 200D Won't Work with EOS Utility and EOS Webcam Utility

I'm experiencing exactly the same problem with my Canon 200d and the windows 11 laptop. I can't use EOS UTILITY as well as Webcam utility as a result. OBS won't connect to the camera to use it as a webcam. So annoying.
