trying to download the downloader for image.canon on my computer, and it seems like its going to be successful until it says "finished installation". Then nothing happens. It doesn't open, doesn't show up on my taskbar, and when I search it to open it, it still wont open. I click, and nothing happens. Doesn't give me the option to log in or anything. Help!
