I am using Digital Photo Professional Version 4.12.20.3 In the PDF for the product, Main Features of DPP section, listed is the ability to resize a photo. However, I cannot find the topic discussed anywhere in the manual, nor can I find the ability to resize a JPEG image in any menu of the DPP itself. How can I resize a JPEG image using Digital Photo Professional Version 4.12.20.3?

You would use the Convert and Save option and specify the output size.
DPP4 4.20 is available.

Thanks. I have used the DPP Ctrl-B option almost exclusively to convert and save one or more images, and forgot about the Ctrl-D option. However, using resizing with Ctrl-D will not enforce the image height/width ration. The old MS Paint program allows that, which to me is the better option after using either Ctrl-B or Ctril-B to make permanently editid new images.

Both options allow locking or unlocking the aspect ratio.
