Digital Photo Professional 4

Hi

I have a customer that got a new synology nas.

They have mapped it as a drive and can save files to it.

But when they use Remote shooting in Digital Photo Professional 4 it gives the error message cannot save in the specified destination.

Anyone knows how to avoid this problem?

Yes in use this folder they selected the mapped drive

In the file name they have entered prefix + Number.

I will check with them if it works with setting "do not modify"

Have they verified that it will work with a directly connected drive location?

I don't think the manual was saying to select Do Not Modiy; it was showing something that needs to be selected.

Thanks a lot for the suggestions, they found out they didnt had the latest version.

After updating Digital Photo Professional 4 to an other version did it solve the problem
