Hi all.
I just loaded Digital Photo Professional 4 on my MacBook Air. Every time i open it, it crashes immediately. So frustrating. Any ideas why or how to fix?
Thanks.

Thanks.
Slight change now. I found this tip online and followed it:
go to user => library folder of that account=>Preferences
In the preference folder you can find "com.canon.digital photo professional.plist";
You have to delete this file.
This does work to open DPP4. However, the moment I try to open a RAW file it crashes again and that deleted plist file returns. I CAN open a JPEG.
I'm running OSX EL Capitan
Version 10.11.6
The camera is a Rebel T6, brand new.

Have you downloaded the latest version of DPP from the Canon support site.

Yes, I believe so. Is Version 4.6.10.0 the most recent? That's what I have.
